MEDITERRANEAN DANCE CUP

Following the huge success of last year’s Competition, it is our great pleasure to
welcome you again for the second consecutive year to the Mediterranean Dance Cup
Competition to take place in the beautiful island of Cyprus,

from 22nd to 23rd March 2025.

 

Our priority and main objective is to deliver a high level Competition and  at the same offer an unforgettable experience for dancers from Cyprus and abroad who share the same passion for dancing and performing, encouraging young people to express their talent under a fair and friendly environment.

 

Having spent myself over 22 years travelling abroad and participating with my Team

in various talent shows and competitions around the world, I have collected and put together

the best systems and procedures for running a fair competition for all participants,

offering at the same time a value for money and fluently running programme.

 

For me giving the opportunity to dancers to get motivated from the fact that  they will be able

to dance and compete with other peers from around the world is fantastic and gives that

sparkle that everyone needs to keep moving forward until they reach their own best self.

 

 Mediterranean Dance Cup welcomes

dancers of all style, ages and levels: 

 

Ballet, Contemporary, Modern, Jazz, Tap, Acrobatic Dance, Folk, Belly Dance, Flamenco, Break Dance, Popping, Hip Hop, Street Dance, Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Latin Show, Open Dance category and Fitness Show. 

 

We also introduce the category Talent Show where dancers of beginners level can still perform on stage.

 

Another interesting discipline for all our dancers is Free Style Improvisation where all

dancers will have the opportunity to dance based on their own

discipline and present their skills in musicality, coordination and creativity.

 

For this year’s competition we have also added the new and innovative discipline
of ‘’BE YOUR CHOREOGRAPHER ‘’ at which talented dancers have the opportunity to
express freely their skills and proudly present their own dance to the judges.

TROPHIES AND METAL AWARDS
All participants will receive participation diploma acknowledging their
successful completion of the competition.

Top Three Dancers from each discipline will receive awards (1st , 2nd and 3rd place)

All Around Trophy will be awarded to the Dancer with the best

mark from the panel of judges.
